SGNO Open House 2026

From monday july 6 2026  11:00 a.m. to saturday july 11 2026  4:00 p.m.

You are invited to the SGNO open house from July 6 to 11, 2026 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Salon Normand-Lefaivre at the SGNO center at the Cité francophone,  office 102. In collaboration with Edmonton & District Historical Society and their 30th annual historical festival, 2026 edition. Come enjoy a cup of coffee/tea and some snacks while we help you find your ancestors or listen to us talk about our Society, our mandate and our projects.

SGNO volunteers are bilingual (French and English) and would be very happy to help you with researching and finding some of your ancestors and their stories during your visit at the centre. Come and find out about the new innovations in genealogical research and even experience first hand the use of Artificial Intelligence in finding your past relatives.

We also have a presentation about the services we offer as a genealogical society.
